They're fantastic games. I'm being honest, GtaIII is one of the best games I've ever played. No other game to date has gave me that same feeling when first playing GtaIII.
Assassin's creed is a typical example of a game which visually looks great, but had no gameplay mechanics. Gta hasn't got the best graphics, even though Gta IV looks stunning, but nothing competes with its gameplay. And Gta IV will be no accpetion. Every aspect of the game has been completely redone, subtle tweaks to a great formula.

well since the end was like a cliff hangar and those guys were wanting him dead the next one will most likely be the "hitman" for the ps3. but thats my opinion

Well never know they could still need him to get to the Artifact like using a memorie or something like that.
