Unreal tournement 3.... i am thinking about getting it i hear its like halo is this true also just is it a good game or what and alos i deff like good online play so hows that anybody give me feedback please....

Well if its like Halo then i wont be getting it. Halo is the most over hyped game iv ever seen, its crap. I havent played it yet as its not in australia yet but it has gotten great reivews. As it being like halo, who knows. there both FPS but i guess thats were the simualitys would end.

@Rampage, halo isnt crap. It just seems crap with all the hype it got, ecpect the same for Killzone 2.
The game is in a way like halo. I woudnt buy it until the patch comes out as the game is wrecked with lag, connection probelms and consitent crashing.
I would reccoment it but only untill they fix the many problems.

Lol you guys .... you seriously saying UT3 is like halo ? halo is based on UT orignal. it is the leader in online carnage and graphics

Unreal engine 3.0 is the best looking graphics engine on the market.

Unreal created the idea of online carnage with insain weaponry halo just simply copied with a dodgy looking game.

So if you ain't man enough to play the best online multiplayer caranage on the market stick to your halo 3 ;) you wont be able to handle the redeamer (Nuke gun)

EDIT go and buy or download unreal tournament orginal or get a demo from somewhere and you tell me halo didnt copy and keep in mind that unreal was released in 1999 so was finished and completed 2 years before halo... tournament is just a online version.

Unreal is way different from Halo, COD, GRAW, any other FPS'. The closest FPS I've seen to it in terms of gameplay is Resistance, but even that's a stretch.

UT is all about speed and reflexes. The game moves much faster than your average shooter, and you'll have people jumping all over the place firing rockets as you try to kill them, capture their flag, etc. I was going to get UT3 but then I saw it was no split screen which just killed it for me. But you should definitely give it a try if you like playing online but not local multiplayer.

Your wrong there Rob. I got Halo, it is crap. Even with the hype, it's still crap. It gets boring. Killzone 2 probably would do better, but I'm not saying it's going to kill Halo's sales. All I know, is I'll be playing Killzone 2.

Well thats one persons opinion against another, i think its good.

Too many overhyped games in my opinion, Halo being the biggest. Why people love it is beyond me? At least GtaIV will surpass its hype, like they all have. Btw Call of duty IV kicks Halo's ass into next week.
