Anyone else having problems with getting stuck on the downloading game settings message again. Had issues with it a few months ago but it seems to be back again. Haven't been able to get into an online game in the last two weeks without waiting at least a few minutes on this, and sometimes not getting in to any game at all

maan thats all them foreign people clogging up the servers, if you relized before the update were you can play with UK peeps, it was just in one country you play with and it was working perfectly fine and fast, but once they updated there was some problems here and there.

duuuude. same problem. posted a thread about this 2 days ago, but people say its my internet. a friend of mine said it might be me thats lagging, which is why im stuck at downloading game settings, but nothing else is running but my ps3. i do believe its the foreign people clogging up servers.

i got in a game on 3/17 around 12 in the afternoon, but havent been able to get on ever since that. its annoying!

So with the ps3 version before the update you could only play with your own country? With the 360 version it was global.
