I don't have a list, but one I can highly recommend is Rainbow Six Vegas. Vegas 2 probably has split screen as well. Perfect game for playing with a friend since you need to work cooperatively to survive.

Min two player games would include Resistance, Fantastic 4, Virtua Fighter, Virtua Tennis (in fact I'd assume most sports games support 2 players or more) Call of Duty 3 & 4.
