What games do you already have? And what games do you like?
If you're into Multiplayer, COD4 is the way to go.
If you like single player, MGS4 and GTA4 are obvious choices, then there's also Assassin's Creed and Uncharted.

Donny you lucky you got a 60gb they hard to fine, I have a 60gb but ive had mine almost a year.

Ok I'd say definitely cop MGS4. Guitar Hero is a solid game, though it's like $90.
