Call of Duty 6 Confirmed for 2009
Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick recently confirmed that Call of Duty 6 will be available in 2009 by Infinity Ward team.

If you can't wait that long Treyarch are currently working on Call of Duty: World at War which is believed to be released around fall of this year.

Good to hear that Infinity Ward will be back at the helm of another CoD title, but i'm a little unsure of some rumors that they theme will be a sci-fi style war?

Will that work?

Wooow that's sooo great man ....BUT.............
I said about a freakin half a year ago in a Call of Duty 5 thread that Infinity Ward is going to do the 6 part and it will be a Modern Warfare sequel or something!!!

Armageddon is on a distinguished road
I've played and beaten all the current Call of Duty Games. Call of Duty 2:Big Red One, and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare were the best. i'm planning on buying World At War when it comes out. I've seen a few trailers and some co-op gameplay. Looks pretty promising. I was also think a Sci-Fi Warfare type of game for Call Of Duty 6.

i dont see y evry1 is bashing WAW b/c its set in WW2.....it still looks prtty good...a sci fi shooter sounds cool tho
