Kula World Download from PS3 Store

Hi,
I'm new to the PS3 and to this forum. I just bought my PS3 a week and a half ago to make sure I have it in time for the new Tomb Raider game out next month.

I was wondering if anybody has downloaded Kula World from the Playstation Store and if there are any differences between that and the PSOne version?

I'm considering downloading it and selling my original on eBay but I noticed in the game description it says

"Some functionality may vary from the original Playstation version of this product or may not be available."

On browsing some of the other PSOne downloads I didn't see that same notice on any of them so it has left me wondering if the game is the same. It's one of my favourite classics so wouldn't get rid of the original if there is some stuff missing in the PS3 version.
