Prices of games
Does anyone have any idea of the cost of games for the PS3? Here in the UK, games for other consoles can cost up to £40 a time ($75 ish). I never did understand whey games were cheaper in Asia.

I have not heard anything about the prices for new games yet, but I would guess the first games would be fairly cheap (and partly funded by Sony) as they need games for people to play.

They will need to very careful on pricing, as the UK Office of Fair Trading are always on the look out for "closed" markets.

It seems to everyone except the office for fairtrade that there is a closed market anyway. Based on this I think we can safely say that around the £44 mark will be the norm.

The games in the USA will cost about $60-$80, which isn't much of a price increase. You only have to pay $10 or $20 more than what you are currently paying for games, but it is still an increase, nevertheless. I don't know about the UK - I don't live there.

And, I think that Asia has cheap games because they like don't care, since they think that the children will only play the games about for a month or 2, why make them pay so much?
