I know a couple of games i have are aple to preform in 1080i and 1080p as it says on the back of the game but they all display in 780i. I checked the settings and the ps3 is registered with the hdmi and my tv does suppoer 1080p. So can anyone help?

i had that problem with mine but it wasnt the ps3 it was the tv for me...... i have a vizio and the setting was not right for ppicture size..... so check that on ur tv
