HDMI Lead PS3 Specific?
Hey All

New to this forum, but I am getting my PS3 on Friday (fingers crossed) and I was wondering about something.

Is the HDMI lead for the PS3 specifically for the PS3, or can I just buy a standard one?

I just picked up an HDMI cable so I think it would be anyone you could get.....$100 down to $20 they are all the same basicly....

Hehe you remind me of me. I did exactly the same yesterday. Got a space allocated under my TV for it and even gave my glass shelf a polishing and gave the rest of my room a good tidying, all for the arrival of my PS3. Gotta give it a good sart in life

S'gotta be done my friend, gotta be done. I like to pretend I don't get giddy about these things, but I remember my better half pointing out that a grown man shouldn't have been getting excited about the blue light the PS2 had when that first came out .. Pah - Women - What do they know

Spring chickens you are, I`m 63 live in the UK got a HK version PS3 a month ago bought between one of my sons and self, it now sits high and proud in my bedroom connected to a 27inch HDTV ( big enough for the room) Linux YDL installed latest patch from Sony, and son can`t get through locked door !!!!!!!!
