HDMI sound but no image....
hi, yeah i know theres plenty of threads like this but i cant find anyone with my problem...

i have the ps3 connected up to my TV via the HDMI cable but i've got no image for some reason... i hear the startup sound and thats it...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

(just to be sure, all i have is the hdmi cable from the ps3 to the TV, thats all i need right?) right now i have it connected through the red/white/yellow cables.

nevermind, sorted it out, silly me....

for those of you who have the same problem...

connect it via scart or whatever, go into your settings
and its under settings>display settings
and select HDMI

Or just turn off console, switch back on hold down power button for roughly six seconds u should here second beep and ps3 automaticaly detects visual output.
