Check out this hardware mod someone has cleverly put together for their Sixaxis..

Not sure i'd want it myself, but 360 owners might find it a bit easier

The 360 pads are undoubtedly the best. But it looks a bit too complicated for the likes of me.

I wonder how long that took to do?

Ill stick with the PS pad I think though, that's what I have been used to for years.

My friend has an xbox though, at first I thought the controls were horrible, but once you get used to it there pretty comfortable.
