new to this site and was looking for some general advise.
can anyone suggest the best place to buy a PS3 pack, ie the best value for money.
was looking on ebay at the Jap versions? providing the PS3 doesnt crash leaving me up shiiite creek is it worth buying this version? ps... is there a version that will allow me to play ps2 games on it?
ok, i think you'll get your value for money buy buying a asian console as it's obviously cheaper and so are the games. but if it goes up the wall then your stuck.....it's really up to you. depends if you have the money suppose.
and there isn't no version which allows you to play PS2 games. you just need the update when you get onto the network.
i have a jp ps3 it doesnt play ps1 or ps2 games nor does it play dvds. only ps3 and blu ray japanese and american. but i have heard of a chip that i can buy that will open it up to region free so i heard. good luck on your choice.
