Help with headset please!

I just got Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Wireless USB Headset as a gift.

It has a wireless reciever that plugs on the USB and also a software disc.

Can i use it on the PS3?

How can i pair it or make it work?

Any help will be very very much apreciated
