PS3-Ipod help
I recently bought a ps3. I'm trying to connect my ipod to it (mac formatted) and everytime i seach for media device, wether it be music, photos or videos i get the same message "No media devices found". What can i do without reformatting my ipod to correct this? Take into account that i wont have access to my mac to rename files etc for a couple of months...

Press Triangle and look for Display all. It should be in either iPod control, or Music IDK. Just look around after you press Triangle xD

boner is on a distinguished road
u don't have to search for it. it's supposed to be listed under the xmb menu. like if u go to music there should be something that says ipod usb device whatever it is. select that then hit triangle, display all then u'll find folders that u don't even know about. it reads if_000 if_001 somthin'. look in it and u should be able to copy it from the pod to the ps3.

copy the movie file or music file into the ipod via harddisk.select the ipod as harddisk in the pc n copy the files in it (not with itunes). movies in mp4 format.try it it works.then connect it to ps3...

It doesn't matter in this respect; iPods are formatted the same way on PC's and Mac's: in the AAC MP4 file format. Folder structure is the same too.
