I've already called the technical support, and while attepting to update the system to 1.32 (at least that's what I recall it to be) it freezes. I remember their nifty tricks to reboot the system, but they're not working.
Here's what I remember:
1. Turn off main power switch
2. Wait ten seconds, then turn it back on.
3. Press your finger on to the "on" butten and hold it, lift it once it beeps a second time
I keep trying, and the system only turns on, right back were I left off, on a frozen "Please connect your controller using the USB cable, and press the PS Button."
