hey i can guarantee that imported dualshock 3 from japan works on european ps3.. i just got two in the post today (white ones, absolutely lovely) and i have only tried motorstorm with them but im sure it rumbles with all other games that support it.. i just went into online on motorstorm, then it asked to download an update, and then i rebooted, went into motorstorm "settings" and there was a vibration setting, and i just changed it from "OFF" to "ON" and rumbled away! its awesome! i loooove the white dualshock 3, so happy.. i got two of them imported for 180 US$ included shipping.. im not sure if this is cheap or whatever, but the dollar is really weak for me right now in conversion, so its not that bad at all! i love the buy!

seems pricy to me.....i'll wait...I haven't missed the rumble at all really...but I'm sure as hell not gunna pay 90 bucks per controller.....ludacris...

hehe converted to norwegian currency.. thats under 600 kroner.. and a normal sixaxis controller costs 600 kr. in most shops here.. so you can imagine how different it is here, because the dollar used to be much stronger, but now its so weak that its actually not bad at 90 bucks for a dualschock 3 included shipping..

or ebay, same thing.. but its also compatible with motorstorm which is awesome! yeah i noticed that it worked with uncharted demo, the game doesnt release before 5th december here so im still waiting for that! but the rumble is best with tekken dark ressurection! you have to have the update bought though ( the online one) because that also added dualshock 3 compatibility! the rumble ROCKS in tekken! (and DS3 also works with all ps2 games that i have tried!
