sixaxis charging Q?
Does the ps3 have to be on for the controller to charge when it's connected with the usb lead? or will the pad charge whem ps3 is on standby?

i think the ps3 has to be on because the lights on controler don't flash when the ps3 is off but i'm not positive.

just buy a second controler that way odds are one always has a full charge, that or just plug it in and watch a tv show it'll be charged by the time its over.

It does need to be turned on, though you can also charge it via the USB ports on your PC too. |

...that's what I do as my PC's almost on constantly, unlike my PS3.
