hiya i was wondering if some1 could help i know how 2 connet my pc 2 the ps3 and everything seems 2 work fine apart from when i try and play my wrestling vids it says data not supported any1 knw y this is as i can play all the rest onmy movies ?

It depends on what kind of media service you are using to stream the files. the PS3 dosen't support all file formats. Some of the media server programs will convert the files on the fly for you.

There are lots of posts all over about this, try search or google it. I don't feel like finding the link and doing the work for you lol....

sounds like typical format problem, the movie you are trying to play is likely to be a .avi to play on the playstation 3 it has to be MP4 you get get a converter for free called ps3 video 9 its a great little tool for converting your movies into a fomat the ps3 understands.

If you ever needed to stream over the network and want a media server then programs like azurus bit torrent client or SimpleCenter (What I Use) will give you free access to that
