Icon Das-105 Controller Help.

My Icon Das controller is not connecting with my ps3, it came with a 32-meg usb, which I assumed is supposed to help it connect, but it still won't connect, the lights just keep flashing. Can someone help me out, maybe with a small tutorial or something, I read on some other posts about controllers not being able to connect but they didn't really help me. I appreciate any help, thnx.
