Rebuilding Database
oh noes

my PS3 crashed when coming out of PAIN and now its rebuilding teh harddisk database anyone had this or know what it means

hmm well it deleted all of my album names, it took me about an hour to rename everything. Putting in the albums on videos and then renaming digital camera videos from DSCIN0342 to something more sensible.

then all the bloody mp3's

in short not the end of the world but not good

Wow, thats a bummer. Kingofapples is right, at least it didnt delete anything. I should probably get crackin on backing up my data. I don't want to have to go through any of that. Lord willing, I won't have to.

actually this happened to me and deleted EVERYTHING on my ps3. like all the save dgame data from every game i have ever pleyed and pics,vids,music everything. i dont know if the same thing is gunna happen to you but that same thing popped up for me .
