Backing Up PS3 Hardrive with Blu Ray.
Hey.
I want to backup my files on my PS3. I've so far used about 18gb of memory with music, some demos and alot of game save data. I don't really want to shell out £50 for an external hard drive if possible so, I wonder if i can use a blank blu ray disk (which holds around 20-25gb). I realy need to know if this is possible so i can buy them asap.

Renegade is on a distinguished road
The PS3 will only play blu-ray disks so you will be unable to back-up your media on a blu-ray disk through the ps3. You will need to back-up to an external device.

yep.. sorry ull need an external harddrive, cos ps3 has a blu ray player, not a blu ray burner.. an external harddrive is good to have anyway though, so get a nice cheap one!
