Whenever I play any Bluray movie, the audio and to a less extent, the video, skips but just for a second. It's like when there's a scratch on the disc but with no scratch, discs are in perfect condition. This happens constantly every certain amount of time for the duration or the movie. It doesn't jump scene but it bothers. The hdmi cable is new, so is the optical. I tried a disc cleaner. I have update 1.94. Can this have anything to do with the problem? If anybody have any idea, please share it!!! Also, I haven't noticed it during gameplay, at least, no that I'm aware.

Try upgrading to system software 2.20 if your PS3 is hooked up to the internet then all u need to do is go to settings>system update. If it isn't then go here download it onto your PC put it on a USB memory stick then put it in your PS3

Thanks for your reply. Will do the upgrade to see if it fixes the problem. Will post the result.
