can't play ps2 games, universal format??
I have just recently updated the console to v1.5.
I have two questions:
1) I bought my PS3 in Taiwan and brought it to China, which is in the NTSC format. However, when I tried to play my old PS2 games, which were purchased in the United States, it wouldn't play and displayed "This disc cannot be started due to region restrictions."
2) How can make the console play PAL format?
NEED URGENT HELP PLEASSSEEE!!!
