Internet Connection Sharing Wirelessly with Latop and Ps3?
Sponsored Links
I am at uni at the minute and have to log on to the internet at each use, and my account is registered to my laptop so I cannot just connect with ps3 and use the user name and password. I am using a wired connection as there is no wireless. Therefore, is it possible to use the laptop and ps3's wireless capabilities and share the internet that way? It would have to be wireless as my laptop only has one ethernet port. But if there is a way could somebody please explain how to do this - ive tried but just ended creating an ad-hoc network which my ps3 couldn't find.... Sorry if there is another post that is similar, I have honestly spend time searching but other posts usually refer to recieving wireless internet to laptop and then sharing to ps3 using ethernet.... Thanks! |

Sorry.... erm right....
To connect to internet at uni, i open explorer/firefox and get taken to a log in page where i put in my details. My internet user account is only registered with this laptop. Cant connect to internet using same details when using ps3. Laptop is wired connection with one ethernet port. I would like to share my internet connection with my ps3, using wireless, through my laptop. Is this possible? does this make it any clearer? lol |
