2 ps3's and 2 tv's connected via LAN

if som1 (Hondan) cud tell me if a CAT-5 cable is enough for connecting 2 ps3's and 2 tv's back to back to make a 2 person LAN party to stop my mate from looking at my screen and running away when i have a clear shot at his annoying self (on COD4)... wud i need to do anything else than just connect a cat-5?
