Japanese PSN Store Gets SNK Updates
Annoying North American and European PS3 owners even more, Sony have released some 13 PSOne titles for download on the Japanese PSN Store.
The titles include:
Guilty Gear
King of Fighters '95
King of Fighters '96
King of Fighters '97
Little Princess: Maru Oukoku no Ningyou Hime 2
Real Bout Garou Densetsu Special: Dominated Mind
Samurai Spirits: Kenkaku Yubinan Pack
Septentrion
Spectral Force 2
Spectral Tower
Suna no Embrace

All sounds very good. I hope they decide to bring us these to the EU store too. Failing that, any new content that's not a trailer for a game that's been out for months would be nice.

Actually I downloaded Go! Puzzle last night. I'm quite fond of it. It's no substitute for Calling All Cars but it's not bad. Can be quite good fun.

Oh hey would you look at that! It's Sony bringing content to one of the NTSC regions but forgetting about their largest region, PAL! Wow...Thats so odd because they've never done that before.

Yeah but Sony are hardly unique in that department. Most multi-national corporations treat Europe in this way. Get used to it. |

But Europe isn't the biggest market for most companies. We bought more PS2s than anyone else, our PS3 launch broke all records and we still get treated like shit. Nintendo have got this generation ****ing sorted. They released at the same time everywhere, kept the price low, did something new and have a consistent games lineup, but most importantly, their online store is the same everywhere. When a VC game gets put up in Japan or America it appears in Europe shortly after.
Its bullshit. We pay one and a half times as much as the bloody yanks did but they get all the goodies. |

Yeah, Microsoft made an out of court settlement. They paid $26 million and got 10% of the company. Why were Sony so dumb?? Oh well, rumble's coming back now. It's a good job I've held out on getting a second controller.

We unless you plan on becoming American or Japanese there's nothing you can do about it. It'll always be this way. You've helped them by getting yourself a PS3. Simple answer is if you don't like it, go elsewhere.
I'm not overly keen on this situation either but since I consider the PS3 to be the best machine on the market (My opinion, please don't flame me for saying so) I don't want another machine. Simply put, I make do with what I have and, on the whole I'm very happy with it. For me the Store is a tiny part of my PlayStation experience and I'm content just to sit and wait. I have Oblivion, Eye of Judgement is on the way so I'm happy

Who gives a toss re PS1,PS2 games i bought PS3 for next gen games
wouldn't care if if didn't play them at all.Folk moaning about 1 & 2 games
should be moaning about the lack of PS3 games
