Japan receives PS3 firmware 1.31
The Japanese update page is currently showing new Firmware update 1.31 is available for download.

The update is not currently available in the U.S but is expected within the next 24hours or so.

Early reports tell of better functionality between PS2 hard drive games, Nobunaga's Ambition Online and Final Fantasy XI.
