Once you’re in it’s pretty bland stuff ‘Welcome to Liberty City Gateway to America! Now, can we just scan your retina and have a DNA sample?’ as moody music plays. Actually the intro text for Liberty City seems to change with others being “At least we’re not as racist as the Midwest”, “Come and visit, you’ll be desperate to leave”, “where the people are angry and lonely, and the taxes sky high”.
