Speaking to GamesIndustry.biz, Blizzard's Vice President of business development, Itzik Ben Bassat, confirmed what many gamers already thought - WoW won't be appearing on any console platform.

In the article Bassat commented, "We are not going to develop WoW for consoles. WoW was designed for PC and I think it will stay that way. Online console gaming is still in its very early stages, and it needs to be developed further to provide opportunities of a scale which will be interesting to us."

Blizzard fans dont get too upset as it is rumoured Starcraft Ghost is a possible future PS3 title.

Ok whats the point of this post I mean most people know it is not going to be for consoles
