Killzone 2 hinted to appear at GDC 07
According to a blog post by 1up.com's Luke Smith, rumour has it Sony will unveil Killzone 2 during Phil Harrision's keynote speech at this years Gamers Day Convention.
"Expect a playable Killzone 2 demo to be released (hmm, Phil Harrison is keynoting at GDC...) before gamers are participating in the beta for Halo 3."
Smith also implies the title is near completion and has already been tested online.
