PS3 To Get Movie Downloads
Sony President Phil Harrison has confirmed in an interview with 1up.com that the Playstation will offer downloadable movies and hdtv in the future.

Harrison called this the 10 year plan and stated that the download service would not be limited to just movie downloads but would span across TV shows , music and other HDTV content.

Sounds like a good idea. The way things are going the PS3 is going to kick start a new revolution in not having to go to shops to get games and movies but be bought and downloaded online. I know this happens already but I can see it really taking off in 2 or 3 years to the point where i think a lot of games and movies will be download only.
