GTA:IV Confirmed for October 2007
In a conference call for their financial results, Publisher Take Two announced that the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto IV will be shipped simultaneously for the Xbox 360 and PS3 during the month of October.

Interesting to note this is the first major title that will be simultaneously launched on both PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles.

The official GTA:IV website is also now displaying a countdown timer dated for March 29th for the unveiling of a new trailer.

Yeah i went to the store today and saw the box...you can reserve your copy and the release date on the back confirmed it will come out in october!!!!

thats pretty sweet news, even though my mom refuses to let me buy it. but dont worry i play it at a friends house all the time.
