Like Charlie said, first check and make sure MAC address filtering is not in place for your WiFi router. You must also check and see if you are using DHCP on the router. In addition, if you are using NAT DHCP, then make sure your IP range on your router is wide enough.
If your router supports it, I would also recommend you to use WPA instead of WEP, it is easier to configure on the client side, and it is much more secure than WEP.
