Connetion Problems (Theory)
Well I think that its due to the fact that Europe just had the Ps3 Launch and Millions of Users are Trying to download the Update and Create their Accounts, this is inturn Lagging Down the Sony Server *Crys* And Annnoying me.

If you give it a few weeks the Server Traffic will die down and the connection will get better.
