I have set up an account in the Playstation Store, and when i go to sign in, it is not accepting my password.So when i go to retrieve password, i get to the Question of " which country would i most like to visit", and it will not accept my correct answer. I am finding this utterly confusing

So the basic problem is that i cant sign in. Please help. Regards Grassy

Create a new account or call support, also make sure your user name is typed in correctly. I don't think the answer to your secret question is sensitive, but you may have to put the exact same letters into the answer box as you did when you setup the question. For instance, if you put in USA, then you can't answer with US or United States or America... So I guess think twice about your answer and try again, if it still doesn't work, then call support or create a new account.

Something I've noticed when inputting text onto websites via the PS3 (with the controller) is that when you press start (=enter) it adds a space after the word. This may not cause a problem with your username, but certainly will with the password.

Just keep an eye on the cursor if using the start button to confirm an entry...

Thanks guys, problem solved. I contacted support and have been redeemed. I have downloaded demos and other things, and enjoying at last. Regards and thanks in this matter. Grassy.
