US ps3 games on UK console online Q
Hi there,

I've recently splurged and bought a PAL ps3. My question is, if for example I bought a US (not PAL) game like Resistance, would that still work online when using my UK ps3 here?

i think they still do but you will get sent ot us sever or something like that but i'm not 110% sure

thanks for your reply

is anyone 100% sure of the answer?

ive asked people selling US games on ebay.co.uk but of course they've said yes, theyre not exactly gunna say no as they want me to bid on the game!

but i dont want to risk it before knowing for sure

can anybody help?

thats great, thanks to everyone who replied

so it'll go to the ps3's origin server..has anybody seen different or heard of any games that wont work online if you use a different ps3 to the game's origin? ie USA game on UK ps3 in the UK
