Sorry If I sound a bit out of date with the times but I'm just loving the Playstation Network at the min. I've only ever played online on my PC, never on a console. Until Tuesday when I bought myself a wireless router that is.
After 3 hours of headaches trying to get it running on my PC wired connection I finally got around to setting my PS3 up wirelessly and it was a doddle, took about 2 minutes. Next step was to register on the PS Network. Again it was very easy. I don't have a particularly fast broadband set up so I was a bit unsure of how it would handle games online. I needn't have worried. I fired up Motorstorm and got myself into a 12 vehicle race with no sign of lag whatsoever. I then tried out Resistance and again it ran as though I was offline which was fantastic

I have yet to try Fight Night Round 3 online, although I'm not really that bothered about it. I then tried out the PS Store and boosted my 3 games to six, with the inclusion of Blast Factor, Tekken 5 DR and FlOw. Also tried the demo of Gran Turismo HD but I found it no different to all the other Gt's so I'm not really keen on it.
The only thing I find frustrating is not being able to send and receive messages from within a game. This I feel will need sorting out in a future update to make the whole experience more streamlined.

All in all after just over a week of being a PS3 owner I am absolutely overjoyed with it. It's the best £525 I've ever spent and I do not regret a single penny of it. Roll on Home
