I'm assuming you get timeout errors as well when you try and sign in?

try placing the PS3 in a DMZ on the router if you can!.. see if that helps... if not try hardwiring the connection and try it that way!

.. i'm having problems with mine, and am on virgin media, seems to be the wi-fi connection to my ps3 that is the problem tho however... i wud like to take this oppurtunity to say that NTL was sh*te and Virgin aren't doing anything fantastic at the mo, i'm waiting on sky to cover my area !
