PS3 Network down??? *Edit Tiscali PS network problems*
Is it down at the mo? I can connect to the internet fine but not sign in to the ps3 network :-/

Damn was hoping it was donw for everyone. Must be a problem my end then. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this as the playstation is connecting to the internet fine but just wont sign onto the ps3 netowrk. It stopped working about 2 hours ago

I just phoned sony and they said it could be my isp blocking some ports but thing was it was working earlier and stopped working about 1pm :-/

not me, in my house there are people constantly on the internet from 9am-3pm... theres 3 laptops and 1 PC.... they never have any problems with the internet, just my ps3

Was with Tiscali broadband for 18 months until they messed me about with payments (taking double payments etc) and refused to give me a Migration code then wouldn't clear my line for 10 weeks after I cancelled contract

This was almost 2 years ago now & I'm now with Virgin media who I've never had a single problem with. Their net connection on the PS3 is blistering with 800MB demos downloading in around 10 minutes (8MB)

Ditch Tiscali sharpish and be sure to get a migration code (as I've been told they do supply them now)

I was with tiscali for a week!I couldnt get any tech help so i cancelled and went to toucan.I had a few minor issues with toucan but on the whole i`m pretty happy.One thing though.The toucan connection was down so i tried and tried to ring there tech dept but they were busy,afer getting through they told me the problem,fine thanks etc,the final comment from the tech guy was`thanks for calling tiscali support......`When i pressed him on what he said and how he had my personal details he eventually told me that toucan use the same line as tiscali!!Dont know if this is true or a `crossed line`type error.
