When you first type in a web address to a page you will be visiting frequently, why not just add the page address to your bookmarks? To do this let the page load completely and then press the select button and select "Add to bookmarks" then in future just press select to see a list of your favourite websites and click the one you want to visit.
To specifically do what you requested, go to the main XMB and go to settings>System Settings and select Add/Edit Term
