problems with rub a dub

I am in UK and have recently downloaded rub a dub, the download and the install went smooth but when I went to play the game from the menu it came up with a connection error and some numbers, then I read the details on marketplace and it said you need to install the starter pack (demo) to play did that and still wont play the full version, just the demo.

Any ideas, I have emailed sony about 3 days ago with no reply as of yet

cheers for the input jonny, I tried that and this time it dont get past the activation stage, so thie icon wont even come up on the list of games.
It was the first and last thing I will buy on network if this is the service I have received, sony have not even gave me an automated reply to say someone will deal with my enquiry, and there is no way Im getting charged for a phone call...BO****KS to it, I will stick to XBOX LIVE games.

yeah I downloaded demo too and it works a treat, but I also paid for the full game and its the full game that dont work, its not really that which has huffed me its the fact sony have not replied to the email I sent regarding the purchase, I sent all info inc transaction date and number (well the email they sent me to confirm purchase anyways)

Still no reply

Conclusion "they are quick to take your money, but slow help out wiv problems"
That to me is not good sales service

i don't know, is that where it tells you to send the emails on the official website? check that out, it might be of some use.

i wouldnt really class it as a network problem...

When I purchased the game I got a confirmation email of purchase in my email addy on my PC, at the bottom of that was this address.

I presumed that would be the right one.

Problem is fixed by re-downloading the start-up pack from scratch - by re-selecting and downloading the free startup game. Don't re-download from your download list. This seems to be an updated version of the game. Then redownload the full game (100k) activation whick automatically installs. All should then work OK.

You only need to download the FREE starter pack again from scratch - not re-purchase the game. Once the starter pack has been downloaded and installed - redownload the "full game" from your download list. This should be a small (100k) download and install. All should then be OK.
