Resistance ban policy now in place
Insomniac games are putting into place a ban policy for their online game Resistance: Fall of man.

On the hitlist are use of profanity and offensive clan and usernames and in-game cheating.

Offensive names = perma ban
Cheating = 24 hour ban

wdf its a MA 15+ game.... whats wrong with profanity seriously... its natural for some ppl to use offensive language, especially troubled emo kids who stay home playing games all day

Weird, considering the widespread cussing on Live and other similar services. I guess they're only able to enforce this because PSN doesn't have that many people on.

i think they're just trying to aim at the younger audience now becos of sales, very bad news for those with usb keyboards.... cause honestly tright now i cbf typing a swear word with my ps3 controller it just takes too long
