finally got the PS3 today and isnt she a beaut.

Anyways I have worked out most of the bits and bobs but cannot add friends, I am loving the online gaming of Call of Duty 3 and some of the shooters I have been paired with are ace.

Just wondering how I could add them to my Sony account?

I have tried the "players met" whatever the hell that is and it is empty.

Sorry if it is a no-brain questions but its something I dont know

Discos - also how can I actually chat to the people through my bluetooth headset??

they should be in players met. thats how u add buddies, or if u know their name u can just add them the other way or when they email u press triangle and there gonna be options for adding them etc.

nope dont seem to be in the players met, i thought something was wrong, maybe I will have to make sure the settings for friends are correct

go to the "add buddy" thingy near the top, and manually type there name.

the players met only works after u quit a game. when u turn off ur ps3, it clears the RAM

mmm....i did try that I think.

So if I am in a game of call of duty 3 in a game of 24 people, and quit the game, return to the system software i should have 23 other peole in the players met.

Yup I have added a few people manually,
