Hi all, i've just got remote play for my PS3 working on my PSP, it blows my mind that I can access all my music and videos from anywhere in the world. But, if I leave my PS3 on remote play standby throughout the day, it won't fry it will it? I noticed that the top of the PS3 gets quite hot, and I remember in the day I used to leave my PS1 plugged in all the time and it fried the power supply.

Haven't tried it and not about to either. Even though I may play up to and including 7 hours a night, I tend to rest the system for the rest of the day. It is pretty hot when I turn it off after that amount of time so I would suggest not to do it. Unless of course you invest in one of these cooler systems that are now available and your away for a few days. Hope that made sense.
