Warhawk Final Fix

Dylan Jobe: We are deploying another server-side update and system restart during a maintenance window of 5am to 7am PDT. on Friday.
This is to further address stats related issues -- surprise, surprise! :-)
I have read a lot of these posts (and on NeoGAF) and I want to let all of you know that, while the posts can get a bit acidic at times, the team and I *COMPLETELY* understand how &#*$@! bad it is to not be able to get your stats. Especially when it works fine for some people and not for others!
Some of you asked in your posts "why didn't they see these issues during test or their Public BETA?"
Good question and the answer is simple...our Public BETA didn't have 14K *simultaneous* players running more than 98,000 games in the first week! These problems are load issues that we encountered post launch.
So...you should always remain skeptical...its the right position for a player/consumer to take. But please know that we are, and will continue to be, focused on supporting Warhawk!
As always, I'll keep everyone updated as to new developments!

Dylan Jobe: Hello Everyone,
We are going to be running a debug game tonight and I would like to ask as many people as possible to play. The server is named "Incognito-Dev" and is a ranked, BLUE server.
What we are hoping to have happen is have a lot of players cycle through this server. So all I ask is that you connect, play normally...but don't play for 6 hours at a time...we are really looking to get a large churn. Alternatively, if you quit that game, log out...feel free to log back into the server as this will also exercise our debug server.

Dylan Jobe: First off -- many, many thanks to everyone who helped to slam the hell out of our server tonight!
We were able to capture some great data from the real-time under some significant load...as you might all expect :-)
We are analyzing the data now and may kick-up another server tomorrow evening once we've compiled an updated real-time. So...that's all for now -- the Incognito-Dev server will be coming down at 7:30 PDT.

We are running another debug server with a new real-time based on some of the data we gathered last night. The server is named "Incognito-Dev" and is a ranked, BLUE server.
As we did last night, I would like to ask that players jump on, play for a little while and then disconnect. We want to have as many people try to connect as possible.
If any of you had trouble connecting to our debug server last night but *were* able to get in today, please post and let us know.
Also, please don't be offended if you get kicked from the server...we aren't trying to be rude, we are just trying to get as many connection attempts from as many different players as possible.

Dylan Jobe: There will be an extended maintenance window from 12am to 5am PDT on Monday.
We will also be running Incognito-Dev servers all weekend so please jump in and out of these Saturday and Sunday. Again, our goal is to drive a lot of traffic to these servers to help resolve our connection issues. The debug server that we ran today (Friday) was performing better and based on your posts, we feel confident that we are going in the right direction.
Continued work will occur during the weekend as we collect and monitor data from our debug servers.
As always, I want to reassure the Warhawk community that we are aggressively working on these issues and will continue to do so until they are resolved.

It's Joker, yet again and I wonder if everyones thinking the same thing. How many attempts will it take to get this game fixed? Who knows? This Post sounds somewhat convincing. But they all do, anyway...
Dylan Jobe: Hello again Everyone,
Just wanted to thank all of you that took the time this weekend to play on our Incognito-Dev servers Saturday and Sunday. We again were able to gather some incredibly useful info regarding connection types and how the game needs to recover from funky connection attempts...I'll spare you the techno-babble :-)
We've already reviewed all the data and are preparing a new server real-time for another set of Incognito-Dev servers -- hopefully we have these ready for tomorrow evening but I'll keep you all posted.
Also, it looks like our last server-side stats update made a really good improvement. We expected as much but you never know until you have thousands of players beat on it :-)
I would like to draw attention to the "rank-up" issue. I have received a ton of PMs about this and we've read a lot of threads about it. This *is* a bug that we encountered and have subsequently fixed in our code branch for the client-side service patch.
At this time we are not sure how we are going to go about correcting your rank if you were one of the lucky ones that got a bump in rank -- some people received a 3 rank bump! Once we know more about how best to handle the correction, I'll post here to inform you all.
I would like to ask you all a question though....and its one that has come up in many, many threads and PMs.
Do you, the Warhawk community, want the stats server reset fully once the client-side patch is released? I can see both sides of the argument/debate and wanted to capture everyone's thoughts in 1 thread.

Dylan Jobe: It's time once again for a new set of Incognito-Dev Servers for you guys to beat on!
We hare going to be hosting 3 servers tonight with a latest real-time. Two of them will show-up as Incognito-Dev1 and Incognito-Dev2...these are standard ranked-dedicated servers.
The third, is named Incognito-Dev3 and will not be displayed as an official blue SONY server. Why you might ask? Because if you look closely in your join game list, you will notice that it is a Ranked-Player server. Meaning that yes, some one is playing on the same ranked game they are hosting. This is a prototype and is NOT a commitment. But you guys did ask for it so we're giving it a whirl :-)
These servers are also logging data for our engineers to analyze so please hammer the hell out of them. Again, we want as many connections/disconnections as possible so please play for awhile, then leave, then join again. Hop into another game, leave it, come back...you get the gist.
As usual, please post any info you have. Did you have problems? If so, what were the issues? Were you able to connect just fine? Etc.
