When you examine the picture above, you'll notice that the banner above the featured selection area is from the game Pain. Now if you look at the Featured Selection area you'll notice the HOME icon is right next to the Pain icon. And since both icons are the first two in the store, it leads me to believe that they were part of the same Playstation Store update. Now I know that its already been pointed out that the HOME icon is in the "Universe of entertainment" TV advertisement. But what nobody else has noticed is that the PSN game Pain is right next to it. Pain has a release date of November 29th, which just happens to be a Thursday and every Thursday the Playstation Store gets updated. Don't you think its kind of odd to have the Pain icon next to the HOME icon if they were not released in the same update? We all know Phil Harrison stated that the HOME beta will be released late November, early December and the 29th is late November, early December. But doesn't it seem that this is pointing to a more solid release date than "Well, maybe this Thursday". Of all the info I've seen and read about the HOME BETA release, this seems to be the most accurate. What do you guys think?
i think home is a fun and good idea but i'm happy with everything now. i will download home when it is out but i'm not to worried about when it will be out.
I just found this somewhere else. I thought I'd change it up a bit for you guys. I'm not a real Home freak either but I thought you guys would like it.
Guess not.....
Sony has confirmed that home will be released in early 2008 with the public beta definetly starting towards the end of 07. I don't care enough to lose sleep over it, but it would be very interesting to see what happens.
