I went to the account registration. Clicked on create yes i want a new account. Agreed to the policy. Entered information regarding residence, DOB.

This next screen is where I ran into problems.

ENTER THE SIGN-IN INFORMATION FOR THE MASTER ACCOUNT THAT WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW SUB ACCOUNT.

SIGN IN ID (EMAIL ADDRESS)
PASSWORD

I placed by hotmail email address with my password hotmail password and it gives me the following message.

THE SIGN IN ID AND PASSWORD COMBINATION IS NOT CORRECT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES CAREFULLY.

I've tried several different email accounts but nothing seems to work. Has anything encountered this problem?

have you a master account or is this the first time you are registering? it sounds like your trying to create a sub account without a master account

This is the first time I am registering.

you need to first create a master account as it sounds like your trying to set up a sub account. let me know how you get on!

I am having the EXACt same problem.

make sure its a master account you are creating like evil said.
