Hi all,

When someone sends me an invite to connect to COD4 with them it will not connect.

I have forwarded all of the ports and done it exact!...it used to work fine untill my mate linked up his PS3 round my house on a local network and now it does not work online with my mates. I can play online just when invited it doesn't work!!

Please can someone help ASAP.

Hi there. Not to worry, its a common problem with the Call of duty servers does exactly the same with me and a lot of people. The servers were down for maintenance on the 9th of January and this issue should of been resolved. But seems the problem is still just as bad. Nothing we can really do about it.

This problem is to do with the latest update...im having the exact same problem with PES2008...a mate of mine havin the problem also.

Apparently the guys that do the servers for COD are working on a path to allow people to play with anyone from all over the world. Currently at the moment from what i understand the disk that you have is region locked to a specific server (in my case USA, thanks ebay) which wont allow me to connect to my australian friends that are online. As for a release date....no idea
