So I finally got it hooked up to the internet and went to register. I get to the part where you enter your email and password. When I do, it says, "The Sign In and Password Are Not Correct".

WTF? I typed it in just how it looks on my desktop. So I had my brother put his email in and it said the same thing!

It might be case sensitive. But if you put it in just how it looks, than I'm sure that's not it. Did you try registering from the PS3? Maybe you should try that. I never tried doing anything from my desktop for the PS3. Just do it all over again. Create a new one if need be. Wish I could be of a little more help. God's Love

I did register from the PS3 and in all lower case letters. I was using the desktop as a reference because I typed it the same way on the PS3. I dont get it.

So I created a new email thru Yahoo and it still is giving me the same response.

What email address did you give your PS3 user name when you registered before you were online? (i don't really need to know your email address) But it should be that same address and password. I think. Without actually being there to see what's happening, it's difficult to figure out.
